Description
Guth Saliva Trap Mouthpiece
The Guth Saliva trap mouthpiece was designed and introduced by Guth Laboratories over 20 years ago as a multi-purpose mouthpiece that would fit a variety of instruments. The mouthpiece features two tapered ends, either one of which can be inserted into an instrument that accepts this type of mouthpiece. The design of the mouthpiece virtually eliminates liquids from being blown through the mouthpiece into an instrument. The Guth saliva trap is frequently used when connecting a Simulator to a breath testing device when performing Accuracy Checks and Calibration Adjustments to prevent liquid from entering the breath test device.
