We pride ourselves
on providing excellent customer service to each and
every customer. We are never satisfied, however, even
with excellent customer service. We devote time in every
weekly staff meeting to improving our customer service
skills.
When a staff member does something extra-ordinary that
truly WOWs a customer or another staff member, we give
a WOW award to that staff person to recognize and celebrate
their extra effort.
