Collector Instructor Training
Detailed Collector Instructor Manual and Collector Manuals
Each student receives a detailed manual that describes exactly how to present a Specimen Collector class. Instructor students receive all the materials used in our own Specimen Collector classes, including a DVD that illustrates split specimen collections and problem collections such as temperature out of range, shy bladder, and adulterated specimens. Course materials also include the PowerPoint presentation used in our classes.
Dynamic Instructor Facilitates Learning
Our instructors effective, personable presentation skills consistently earn high marks from students. Her energetic style engages students in learning and absorbing the course material. Our instructors passion for training and for the subject matter creates the ideal adult learning experience, enhancing the probability that every student will succeed.
Emphasis on Compliance
AlcoPro shares DOT's commitment to ensure that drug and alcohol testing procedures are performed correctly. Our instructor's unique background that includes a law degree and experience as a Human Resource Director helps explain why AlcoPro's BAT training is geared towards 100% compliance with workplace testing regulations. We insist that Collector Instructor training students know the correct way to perform DOT collections.
Certifies Students as Collectors and Collector Instructors
Because Collector Instructors must also be certified as Collectors, students also receive certification as Collectors. Students complete the five specific mock collections required of all collectors. Collector Instructors also receive detailed checklists and instructions for observing the mock collections for use in their own training.
Collector, Collector Instructor, and CEU Certificates
Students who successfully complete the Collector Instructor training receive certificates for Professional Specimen Collector and for Professional Specimen Collector Instructor. Students also receive a CEU certificate for 0.7 contact hours (7 CEU credits).
