Repair Service

AlcoPro offers repair service on all Alco-Sensor models.  Our factory-trained staff completes most repairs within two business days of receiving authorization. AlcoPro will also buy back your used Alco-Sensor or give you trade-in credit towards the purchase of a new Alco-Sensor or supplies.  Send your used Alco-Sensor to us along with the Repair Authorization Form, and our staff will evaluate your Alco-Sensor and make you an offer.  There is no charge for the evaluation, and no obligation to accept our offer.

We encourage customers to call our Repair Department at 800 227-9890 before sending an instrument for repair to ensure that a repair is necessary.  For example, our staff can determine if the Alco-Sensor only needs a battery, or if the instrument has more serious problems that require repair service.
