Credit Card Payment
Our secure web site accepts the following credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Our secure web site automatically processes your credit card at the moment you submit your order. We do not store your credit card number.

Purchase Orders
Customers with approved credit may order on our web site using purchase orders. Our credit terms are net 30 days. Orders placed with purchase orders are subject to approval by our credit department.

We will mail an invoice to customers who order with purchase orders. We mail the invoice the same day we ship. We do not include the invoice with the shipment. Because we mail invoices the same day we ship, the invoice may reach the customer before the shipment does.

Shipping
We ship 99% our orders within two business days of receiving your order. We ship orders via UPS. Time-in-transit depends on the customer's geographic location. Click Here to calculate time-in-transit to your location for ground shipping. In general, time-in-transit to the west coast via UPS Ground shipping is five to six working days. UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday, or holidays as working days.

We also offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Air service upon request.

Shipping Cost
Our web site calculates the cost of shipping via UPS Ground, Three Day Air, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air. If you wish your order to ship via another method, please email, phone, or fax your order to us so we can handle your order appropriately.

Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS must ship via Air service, which adds substantially to the shipping cost. Customers in those states may prefer their orders to ship via Priority Mail, which for some items offers a lower shipping cost. Please let us know if you prefer Priority Mail shipping. We cannot ship Mini Alcohol Cans or Alcohol Gas Tanks via Priority Mail.

UPS charges an additional $20.00 Hazmat fee to ship the Mini Alcohol Can and the Alcohol Gas Tank via ground shipping. The Hazmat fee for shipping these products 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air is $30.00.

International, APO, and FPO addresses:
We regret that our web site cannot at this time accommodate international, APO, or FPO addresses. We ask our overseas customers to please email their orders to us. We can estimate shipping charges for your order, and email you the shipping cost.

We cannot ship Mini Alcohol Cans or Alcohol Gas Tanks to APO, FPO, or international addresses.

Return Policy
Customers who wish to return their order should call us at 800 227 9890, or 865 525 4900 before returning merchandise. We will make every attempt to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

Restocking Fee
We may charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. However, we will not charge the restocking fee if we caused the problem with your order.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax to customers in Tennessee. Tennessee customers who are tax exempt must provide us with their tax exempt certification.

Because AlcoPro, Inc. has no physical presence outside of Tennessee, we do not collect sales tax for orders shipped outside of Tennessee.

Will I receive email solicitations if I enter my email address?
We will only send emails to those customers who check the box to receive email newsletters.
