The Fastect II is currently our only drug test kit with CLIA-Waived status for the complete range of drugs of abuse. CLIA-Waived status indicates that the test is easy enough to be used by laboratory and non-laboratory point of care personnel in treatment centers, occupational medicine departments, hospital labs, physician offices, probation/parole agencies, prison and workplace test sites.
The convenient design of the Fastect II makes this test easy to use while minimizing operator exposure to the urine specimen. To perform a test, the operator slides the protective cover to the up position to expose the tips of the test strips, and dips the end of the test into the urine specimen. The operator then slides the protective cover to the down position to read the test and to cover the end of the device that contacted the specimen. |
