Credit Card Payments
Our secure web site accepts the following credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Customers with approved credit may order on our web site using purchase orders. Our credit terms are net 30 days. Orders placed with purchase orders are subject to approval by our credit department.
We will mail or email an invoice to customers who order with purchase orders. We mail and/or email the invoice the same day we ship. We do not include the invoice with the shipment. Because we mail invoices the same day we ship, the invoice may reach the customer before the shipment does. Please let us know if you would like your invoice sent via email.
We charge sales tax to customers in Tennessee and Michigan. Our website is not capable of recognizing tax-exempt customers, so our website will charge sales tax on all credit card orders that ship to Tennessee and Michigan. Tennessee and Michigan tax exempt customers who place website orders using purchase orders and who provide us with tax exempt certificates will not be charged sales tax when we process your order.
Because AlcoPro, Inc. has no physical presence outside of Tennessee and Michigan, we do not collect sales tax for orders shipped outside of Tennessee or Michigan.
Customers who wish to return their order should call us at 800-227-9890 or 865-525-4900 before returning merchandise. We will make every attempt to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
We may charge a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise. However, we will not charge a restocking fee if we caused the problem with your order.
